Prior to our initial session, you will be asked to provide a credit card on your file. The card is charged immediately after session, where you will then be provided with a receipt by email. I do not bill directly to insurance companies.

Insurance

Many private insurance plans and extended health benefit plans cover the cost of counselling sessions with a Registered Social Worker. Please contact your insurance provider prior to scheduling a session if you are hoping to have the session reimbursed. 

The Ontario Autism Program (OAP) allows families who are receiving Autism funding to use funds for support from a Social Worker. Receipts are provided after the session has completed and you can submit to Access OAP using their online portal.  

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an empty session in my day that could have been filled by another client. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation or miss their appointment will be charged the full fee.

Fees
